The City of Jurupa Valley’s Office of the City Clerk is pleased to offer this new online filing feature for campaign financial disclosure and Statements of Economic Interest, otherwise known as the Form 700. This portal will provide the capability for filers to complete and submit campaign finance disclosure forms and Statements of Economic Interests online.
