Not all procurements are placed on this section of the City's website. In most instances, procurements, including construction bids, maintenance proposals, and consulting opportunities, are administered through the City's electronic procurement system, Planet Bids.

Electronically Administered Procurements

We are committed to providing an equal opportunity for all business enterprises to participate in our purchasing and contracting activities. The City of Jurupa Valley contracts with Planet Bids, Incorporated to administer the Online Bidding System to assist the City and Vendors to better connect and find savings in the sourcing process. Follow the steps to include your business:

Register as a Vendor: You will receive email notifications regarding current opportunities pertaining to your type of business and current bids. By registering, you will be able to view bid results as well as have your business on the City's Vendor List.

View Current Bid Opportunities: Once you have registered, you can submit your bid online and also check out current bids, Request for Quotations, and Requests for Proposals for the City of Jurupa Valley

Contractor's Registration Forms

The City of Jurupa Valley Public Works Department invites interested contractors to complete a Contractor’s Registration Form to be placed on the City of Jurupa Valley's qualified contractor's list. The pre-qualification entitles each contractor to be informed of the Notice Inviting Bids for projects under $175,000. This process is administered under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. For more information about this process, please refer to California Public Contract Code 22034.
