Community Service Grant Program

Community Service Grant ProgramThe City Council approved $55,000 to be utilized for approved mini-grant funding for projects benefitting the residents residing within Jurupa Valley.

The Community Service Grant Program application opens in July.

CDBG Grants

The City of Jurupa Valley receives around $1.2 million every year from the Federal Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) in the form of a Community Development Block (CDBG) Grant.

Up to 15% of the CDBG allocation can be used for Public Service Grants (PSG). This PSG grant application process typically begins in January-March of each year. The application process is overseen by the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC), which is a formal committee made up of Jurupa Valley residents. The City of Jurupa Valley also provides grant funding on an income-restricted basis for residents to do repairs to their homes.
