Bain Street Pavement Rehabilitation and Shoulder Improvements
The City proposes to improve Bain Street between 54th Street and Bellegrave Avenue. The project consists of the removal, re-grading, and reconstruction of the existing AC pavement, adding an additional four feet of paved area to provide for paved shoulders, grading beyond the paved shoulders to remedy existing drainage deficiencies, reconstruction of driveway approaches as needed, and re-striping through the project limits.

Lucretia Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation
The City, in coordination with the Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD), proposes to rehabilitate the existing pavement surface on Lucretia Avenue between Limonite Avenue and Etiwanda Avenue. In addition to the rehabilitation of the existing pavement, all non-compliant ADA access ramps will be removed and reconstructed. Class III bikeways will also be signed and striped with “Sharrows” throughout the project limits.

Mission Boulevard ADA Improvements
The City proposes to replace all non-compliant ADA access ramps on Mission Boulevard between San Sevaine Way and Valley Way. The scope of work consists of removing all existing improvements and constructing new ADA access ramps to current ADA standards.

Fort Freemont Alley Reconstruction – Ph. 1
The City proposes to reconstruct Fort Freemont Alley between Mennes Avenue and Wallace Street. The project consists of the removal, re-grading, and reconstruction of the existing AC pavement, new alley intersections, construction of a new PCC ribbon gutter, and installation of redwood headers where appropriate.

Mission Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation – Ph. 1
The City proposes to improve Mission Boulevard between Pyrite Street and Valley Way. The project consists of the grinding of the existing pavement surface, construction of a fiber-reinforced leveling course and fiber-reinforced ARHM overlay, construction of a pedestrian refuge area in the center island at Valley Way, traffic signal modifications at the Valley Way intersection, and re-striping through the project limits including new left-turn pockets at Tyrolite Street, Sikh Temple Way and the private driveway west of Valley Way.

Interstate 15 Corridor Project
The Interstate 15 corridor project is a major effort to construct one to two tolled express lanes in each direction between the I-15/Cajalco Road interchange and the I-15/State Route 60 interchange. Future plans exist to make similar improvements on the I-15 north of the I/15/State Route 60 interchange in San Bernardino County. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2018.
Limonite Avenue Interstate 15 Interchange Project
The agency in charge of managing the construction process is the Riverside County Transportation Commission (not the City of Jurupa Valley).
The project plans to improve the existing freeway interchange at Interstate 15 and the Limonite Avenue overcrossing by:
- Construct new loop on-ramps
- Replace the existing overcrossing structure with an eight-lane bridge
- Widen existing northbound and southbound on- and off-ramps
