Parking in Rubidoux

Certain portions of Olive Street and Leyburn Place require parking permits to be displayed during school hours when Rubidoux High School is in session.

New Permit Placards

As of August 1, 2018, all City-issued parking permits issued prior to April 2, 2018, for the regulated areas near Rubidoux High School are expired and invalid. New permit placards ("mirror hangers") have since replaced parking permits. New permit placards are valid immediately upon receipt.

There is no charge to acquire new parking permit placards every two years.

Applying for New Permit

Residents can apply for new parking permit placards online. Permits can either be mailed to you or you can pick them up at City Hall located at 8930 Limonite Avenue at a specified date. Residents are strongly encouraged to submit their applications electronically and receive their permits by mail.
