Project Description

The City Council recently approved a 32-acre shopping, dining, and commercial development on the corner of Pyrite St. and Mission Blvd. When finished, the “Shops at Jurupa Valley” project will include over 17 new buildings and approximately 320,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.

Approved uses include retail shopping, a grocery store, both sit-down and drive-through restaurants, a car wash, a gas station, retail fitness, and a department store. The Shopping Center will include ample landscaping, walkways, parking, and outdoor dining, including:

  • Target, Burlington, Ross, Five Below, Mattress Firm, ALDI
  • In-N-Out, Pollo Campero, Starbucks, Raising Canes, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Chipotle
  • Circle K, EoS, AutoZone, Quick Quack Car Wash, West Coast Dental

Current Status

Under construction. Anticipated opening Winter 2023.

The Shops at Jurupa Valley development is located on approximately 32 acres in the City of Jurupa Valley, on the northeast corner of Pyrite St. and Mission Blvd.
